Paul graduated from the University of Guelph in 1986 with a degree in management economics. He worked in the retail banking sector, arranging mortgages prior to achieving his real estate license. With over 22 years with Royal LePage- Royal City Realty, Paul consistently places amongst the Top 10 realtors in the Guelph and District Real Estate Board. For the past 6 years he has been awarded the Platinum Award, which is awarded to the Top 5% of sales representatives across the nation. In 2006 he upgraded his license to Broker. Paul is also a member of Rotary Club of Guelph- Trillium, and he is also an active Ironman competitor.

Paul works full-time assisting hundreds of people buy or sell real estate. He is a devoted father to his two children Elisa & Cameron and therefore understands the demands of a busy home life.

Kim began her career in Real Estate over 10 years ago, and is still excited and enthusiastic about helping Buyers and Sellers realize their dream of home ownership. Kim has lived in Guelph for over 20 years with her husband Dave, two children Charlotte and Jeremy and although originally from the Niagara Region, she is proud to call Guelph home. By concentrating first on her clients’ goals, Kim has achieved many others in the industry. She has repeatedly won the Royal LePage Diamond Service Awards (top 3% of Royal Lepage Nationally) and Platinum Service Awards (top 5% of Royal LePage Nationally).

Having begun in a small brokerage 12 years ago, Kim learned the importance of customer service from her experienced and savvy colleagues. She also learned the importance of concentrating on each client individually and that has led her back to the customer focused service at Home to Guelph Realty. At Home to Guelph is a boutique Realty Company that’s focused on the local market and consists of knowledgeable and passionate agents, committed to providing the best possible service and guidance to their clients.

Kim has also given back and been a very involved member of the Guelph and District Association of Realtors (GDAR). She has served 3 terms on the Board of Directors. Her current leadership role as Executive Director gives her an excellent perspective on the real estate market while providing leadership, governance and her vision to her 450 plus member Association.

Demonstrating that you always need a clearly defined goal to work toward, Kim decided she would run a 26.2 mile marathon for her 40th birthday. Five marathons later, it’s apparent what you can do with a clearly defined goal, a well thought out plan to achieve it, strong commitment and a little passion! It’s the approach she’ll bring to your real estate goals as well.

 

Randy Dickson  |  Sales Representative

Randy is a professional salesperson with over 27 years experience, the past seven as a full time Real Estate Sales Representative. He attended McMaster University where he obtained an honours degree in Physical Education with a double minor in Economics and Mathematics and was a member of both varsity hockey and tennis teams.

Randy resides in Guelph with his wife of 28 years, Carol, and his two children Danielle and Kevin. In his spare time he remains active by training and participating in Triathlons. He also participates in First Time Homebuyers clinics on a quarterly basis, assisting those looking to enter into real estate.
