A house inspection is a professional, objective, examination of the condition of a home and takes between 2-3 hours which covers:

• cooling/heating pumps 
• exterior 
• insulation

• plumbing  
• electrical  
• interior
• heating  

The cost of the inspection is usually $350-400. The inspection company usually requires payment the day of the inspection.

We strongly recommend having a house inspection done (when we aren’t dealing with competing offers), especially if the home is over 10 years old

A home inspection provides you with answers to fundamental questions such as:

• Is the house sound?
• What repairs might be necessary now and down the road?
• What sort of costs should be expected for repairs?
