Paul
graduated from the University of Guelph in 1986 with a degree
in management economics. He worked in the retail banking
sector, arranging mortgages prior to achieving his real
estate license. With over 17 years with Royal LePage- Royal
City Realty, Paul consistently places amongst the Top 10
realtors in the Guelph and District Real Estate Board. For
the past 5 years he has been awarded the Platinum Award,
which is awarded to the Top 5% of sales representatives
across the nation. He recently upgraded his license to Assistant
Broker. Paul is also an active member of Rotary Club of
Guelph- Trillium.
Paul works full-time assisting hundreds of people buy or
sell real estate. He is a devoted father to his two children
Elisa & Cameron and therefore understands the demands
of a busy home life.
Paul is pleased to announce the
addition of Stephanie Riley to his team.
Stephanie has returned home to her roots after spending
the better part of a decade working alongside Toronto’s
top real estate professionals. She gained extensive knowledge
as Director of Marketing for a large, high-end brokerage
before branching off to start her own business. Steph’s
work background, writing/design education and photography
skills quickly attracted a strong client base of realtors
who came to rely on her professionalism and creativity when
marketing properties.
She developed an understanding
of the finer details within the real estate industry when
she worked for a year as a personal assistant. Working directly
under the wings of a successful Realtor and helping clients
go through the buying and selling process from start to
finish was by-far her most educational, challenging and
rewarding position.
Stephanie is thrilled to be back
in Guelph and looks forward to putting her experience to
work for you, her family and friends, both old and new.

by Wendy, their Administrative
Assistant, who manages the marketing and daily details of
the business.
